lm32-rtems4.10-gcc-4.4.0 doesn't build

yep there was a patch for the current head back in december. that patch is at 
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2008-12/msg01024.html

the patch uses
crtl->uses_pic_offset_table instead of current_function_uses_pic_offset_table

but i think that is not the only difference.
