ANN: rtems4.10 toolchains upgraded to newlib-1.18.0

Hi,

Last week, upstream newlib released newlib-1.18.0

As we try to stay as close as possible to upstream development for the 
rtems-4.10 toolchains, the rtems-4.10 toolchains have been upgraded to 
using newlib-1.18.0.

As usual, packages for all supported OSes are available on ftp.rtems.org:

* rpms for CentOS 5, Fedora 11/12, openSUSE-11.0/11.1/11.2:
   ftp://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/linux/4.10

* tarballs for MinGW: ftp://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/mingw32/4.10

* tarballs for Cygwin: ftp://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/cygwin/4.10

Note:
  This version of newlib has seen quite some amount of changes in 
comparison to its predecessors, but has only been lightly tested with 
RTEMS, so far.

  Nevertheless, feel encouraged to give it a try and report problems in 
case you encounter some. This is the version of newlib we want to base a 
future stable rtems-4.10 on in "not too distant future".
