Dear SD or MMC users,

I have posted some code that might allow a High Capacity SD card (marked 
SDHC) to work in RTEMS. Bugzilla report 
http://www.rtems.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1356
describes it and contains attachments with my version of 
spi-sd-card.[ch]. This also adds support for MMC and attempts add high 
capacity support. But as described, I am only able to test it with 
standard capacity MMC.
