Summer of Code Students/Mentors Announcement

Hi,

We are at mid-term.  Mentors will be doing reviews
next week so a payment can be made to you.

Students should be submitting progress reports
anyway but I would really appreciate a mid-term
report to the user's list.  I want to collect them
and put out an overall mid-term report.
