PROGBITS linking warning

Hi,

The powerpc/haleakala has this warning when it links
executables:

/opt/rtems-4.10/lib/gcc/powerpc-rtems4.10/4.4.1/../../../../powerpc-rtems4.10/bin/ld: 
warning: section `.sbss' type changed to PROGBITS

I don't see this in other BSPs and can't spot the
magic difference.

I would like to eliminate this one.  Help is appreciated.
