The progress of RTEMS MMU Support

Right now I am having a strange problem in the PSIM environment.
> Although the MSR is set as expected, PTEG , SPTEG , tlb are all flushed,

about the  bug mentioned above, I have found out the reason.
Thanks to Thomas's mention. I finally enable the dsi exception after clear
the BAT registers.
