Ralf spotted sp36 not being in the Makefile.am.
It is a test for the code which enforces releasing
priority ceiling and inheritance mutexes in order.
You would get an error for the following code
This code was experimental before 4.10 was branched
so disabled by default. I had planned on enabling
it by default on the head. But so far it has slipped
through the cracks.
How does the community feel about this getting
turned on by default?
