RFC: powerpc-multilibs: remove -mcpu=601 and -Dmpc8260 multilibs

I am going to remove these multilibs from the rtems-4.10 with the next 
toolchain rpm spin.

The corresponding patches already are in CVS 
(contrib/crossrpms/patches), I am only waiting for a local test-build 
spin to finish.

I.e. unless my test spin fails, these multilibs will soon be history.
