RE: MPC860 integration in RTMES-4.0.0

I've started adding MPC860 support. Everything I've tested so far works
(netdemo, the "hello world" demo, ticker), but I
wouldn't call it finished. I've got a copy of my source tree at:

	ftp://tempest.ece.uiuc.edu/pub/mpc860/rtems/rtems-mpc860-980721.tgz

It's based on the 0806 snapshot.
