newlib-1.8.0 download problems

Just a note to the newlib-1.8.0 maintainers that I could not download
newlib-1.8.0 from //ftp.cygnus.com/pub/newlib.  It got 8% then failed
with short write messages.  I finally found a site in the uk which
mirrors the /pub/newlib directory and it downloaded ok.

Maybe OAR could mirror the versions of newlib, egcs & binutils that
rtems needs.
