- his presentation focuses on the RTEMS Project community development
and execution of coverage testing on RTEMS. This effort currently
includes internal RTEMS Project funding from support and development
contracts of OAR Corporation and a Google Summer of Code student effort.
High fidelity coverage testing is being integrated into the RTEMS Project
workflow and will be used as an aid in evaluating current releases
and new submissions. The RTEMS Project is adding instruction level
coverage testing and utilizing simulators to the greatest extent possible.
Feedback from this effort is being performed to improve RTEMS, simulators,
target development environments and other associated packages.
We will examine the testing procedure including the tools utilized as
well as the RTEMS configurations and targets tested. We will report
on the current results on the ERC32, LEON2, LEON3 and ARM targets.
This presentation will conclude by presenting the future plans for the
