Build problems solved.

Hello all...

   Just wanted to say I fixed some of my build problems.  I had
missed a new Makefile.in file in make/custom that contained a list
of .cfg files.  I also missed the exclusion of TARGET_ARCH in 
the new .cfg files.  The $(CC) command had contained $(TARGET_ARCH)
in it which was causing problems if TARGET_ARCH was defined.

  I also upgraded tools using Joel's new Linux RPMs (thanks, Joel)
and am pleased to report that things went pretty well.  Although,
I did have to use the "--replacefiles" option when installing the
gcc/newlib combo.  This resolved a conflict in one of the info files.
