Patch for MCP750 : some cleaning (dec21140 removal, Bench routine addition) + pc386 boot pb

Note : 	1) I did not test the dec21140 driver from libchip right now,
	2) Emmanuel also found bug in the librdb. It compiles but does
	not run are some file are not compiled...
