ppp stack for RTEMS

Tomasz Domin just submitted a port of a ppp stack to RTEMS but the
configuration
and initialization needs work to be generalized.  The code is included
in 
current snapshots and will be in the next release even though it needs
this work.

Fixing this would be a great benefit to the RTEMS community.  You will
certainly
get advice. :)
