Getting Started

Hi, 

I just had built recent snapshot: `bit' installed gcc and 
some other stuff (ar, ld etc) both as i386-rtemself-gcc and
as gcc. I have bin directory on the PATH, so I was quite
puzzled when my native compilation quit working.
