- 16.67, or 20 MHz MC68020 enchanced 32-bit microprocessor
- On-board socket for 16.67 or 20 MHz MC68881 floating point coprocessor
- On-board socket for 16.67 MC68851 demand paged memory management unit
- 1/4/4 MB of shared DRAM, with programmable parity
- Two 28-pin ROM/PROM/EPROM sockets for a capacity of 128KB
- Z8036A timer and Watchdog timer
- 4-level requester, 7-level interrupter, and 7-level interrupt handler for VMEbus
